Our team is always price-checking to ensure we have the lowest prices. If you find a competitor with a cheaper advertised price, we promise to match their price, so your purchase will come with all the benefits Bidge Pumps & Irrigation customers have.

To price match, the product must meet the following conditions:

• Sold by an Australian retailer
• Brand new identical product
• In stock and available to purchase
• Include the shipping cost to you if they're interstate
• It does not include an item from bundled packages, but we will happily price-match the whole bundle
• Not valid for project quotes
• Excludes: items being sold at under our cost price
• Items with prices that are not reflective of recent supplier price rises
• Items being sold under auction conditions.

To price match online, please follow the four steps below:

1. Create an account
2. Place all the items you wish to your 'Quote List'
3. Once you have added all the products you wish us to price match, click on the "Quote List" button at the top right-hand side next to the shopping cart symbol.   

          4. Click on the Submit Quote request and email us at sales@bidgeepumps.com.au the advertised price (link or attach a quote) with your quote ID.

• We will apply a discount to the product you match and email you to notify you that your quote has been adjusted and is ready to be paid.
• Log in to your account, click on the "my quotes" button, select your quote ID, and make the required payment. Once payment is cleared, we will dispatch your order.

To price match in store:

• Bring details of the product and price with you
• A team member will assist you with the purchase

Please note that we will not price match a product after it is sold; this process must be completed prior to purchase.
